Join This Challenge and I will help you to lose inches from your waist, pounds from the scales, decrease Body Fat and I will help you to increase your Fitness hugely!   This is a POINTS BASED CHALLENGE – win points by turning up to workouts, turning up for weigh ins, doing extra workouts at home, losing body fat and more. Weight, inch loss and body fat will be measured as a percentage to give fair and accurate results . You MUST be willing to commit 100% to this challenge.


This is a 6 WEEK Challenge based in Whitley Bay which includes;

  • A choice of 7 x fitness classes/week (you should try to attend at least 3 of these)

  • 3 x weigh and measure meetings (One at the start, in the middle and again at the end of the challenge)

  • Weekly motivational emails

  • Up to the minute nutritional information

  • Food Guide

  • Sample menu plans

  • Home Workout Videos to follow

  • Entrance to our secret Facebook group to engage with others doing the challenge with you – use this to motivate each other and swap recipes.

Still not sure?  Let me answer a few questions you may have……

  1. Is this program right for me?     This program is for anyone who wants to lose 4-8 inches from their waist and anywhere from 10-30 pounds in 6 weeks. I have created fast and effective home workouts (only 30 minutes long) that are customised to accommodate any fitness level from absolute beginner to seasoned workout veteran.

  2. Do I need to live in the area?     Yes. If you want to complete the entire plan and be in with a chance of winning £200 then you need to come along to classes and weigh ins.

  3. How often do I need to come?    For the best results possible you need to come to a minimum of 3 classes per week.  I do understand if that is not always possible (homeworkouts are provided in case you do miss a class) but 3 has really been proven to be the “magic number” for maximum fat loss and metabolic elevation.

  4. What are the times of the classes?   You can choose from the following class times:

        Mondays - 7pm

        Tuesdays - 6am, 6.30pm, 7.45pm

        Thursdays - 7.50pm

        Fridays - 6am

        Saturdays - 8.15am  

    5. Is nutrition part of the program?   OF COURSE!  I cannot “out train” bad nutrition so the diet is a HUGE part of our success plan.  It is           a simple and straight forward program that has a ton of flexibility yet yields serious result

   6. What are the workouts like?   I won’t lie – they are tough.  But I cater to almost EVERY fitness level.  The sessions are mostly            

       bodyweight training, metabolic acceleration techniques and targeted cardio training.  The results we get speak louder than words.

   7. Who can win?    I have designed this challenge so that ANYONE can win. Whether you have 5 pounds to lose or 50 pounds. Points      

        are worked out as a percentage of your starting weight. You can gain points for losing weight, losing inches, as well as gaining    

        points  for increasing your own fitness in tests. So the short answer is YOU CAN WIN!
