Why Train with me?

I have been training clients for almost 20 years now and I have the knowledge to help you to achieve great results.  Let me take you on this journey and teach you how to exercise safely, cook amazing healthy meals from scratch, and become confident and happy with your body shape.

  • I know what areas of the body women want to train the most. I hear the complaints about bottoms, thighs, tummy and upper arms every day.

  • I understand that not everyone has an hour to workout

  • I am aware of the struggle to shift those last few pounds

  • I realise that not everyone understands what to eat, when to eat it and why they should eat it.

  • I know that some people cannot cook so don’t know where to start making a healthy meal.
