If you’ve answered YES to any of the above then one to one Personal Training could be just what you need. Regardless of your age, injuries or current level of fitness, Jo can tailor a program to suit YOUR needs, enabling you to reach your goals safely.

Jo  trains all of her PT clients at CBX Gym, Cobalt Business Park, Wallsend

Initial consultation is FREE – In this Jo will;

  • Discuss your aims and goals                                              

  • Plan the time, location and frequency of your sessions

  • Take your weight, Body fat and measurements

  • Discuss any nutritional requirements


After your initial consultation, your PT sessions will cost £35/hour. You can also train with friends for an additional £5/person.

PT sessions can be multiple times per week or once a fortnight/once a month….It really is your decision. Many people have a very active lifestyle and need just 1 or 2 PT sessions/month to keep them on track – others feel they want or need to be trained more regularly to keep them in top condition.
