This programme includes; A Strength and Conditioning Gym Plan, Stretching, Mobility and of course, Running!

  • RESHAPING with Louise McDonald.

  • : Sculpting, Body Fat Reduction and Muscle Definition

This programme includes; A Weight Training Gym Plan, Body Fat Analysis.

  • FITNESS PLUS+ with Joanne Bond

  • : Increase Overall Fitness PLUS choose one of the following; Improve Core Strength, Create Stronger Glutes, Build Overall Strength and Power or Improve Balance and Flexibility.

This programme includes; A Cardio and Weight Based Gym plan PLUS an additional plan to improve on your added focus.
