About Jo
I’m Jo Bond and what you really need to know about me is that I live and breathe fitness and nutrition. I'm 40 (yikes!) years old, a group fitness trainer, a personal trainer, a wife and a mother of 2!

I believe that everyone should have the knowledge to be able to cook healthy meals for their family. I love that I’m able, through my profession as a personal trainer, nutritionist and group fitness instructor, to pass on everything I’ve learned on courses, workshops and by taking qualifications.


I LOVE my job and thrive on hearing how great my clients feel after they’ve made positive changes to their lifestyle. Let me show you how to train safely and eat healthily. 

All the recipes you’ll find on my website are meals that I have made for myself or my family – we eat home made unprocessed foods as much as we can. Life is about balance and if you can eat healthily 85% of the time and train regularly then you don't need to sweat the small stuff (small stuff being a glass of wine or some chocolate at the weekend!)

  • Diploma in Nutrition Adults

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 2 and 3 Gym Instructor

  • Beachbody Coach

  • Level 3 Group Exercise instructor – Indoor Cycling, Step, Aerobics, Bootcamps, Powerhoop, Insanity, P90X, Core de Force,  Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba kids, Circuit training, Kettlebell Training

  • Level 3 Pre and Post Natal

  • Level 3 Teaching Teens Fitness – Cheerleading, Bollywood, Streetdance, Hula Hooping.

  • Level 3 Teaching Fitness 0-5 year olds
